Do I need any permits for drone footage at my location?
We handle all FAA airspace authorizations and permits. Part of our pre-production process includes checking airspace restrictions, NOTAMs, and local regulations. You don't need to worry about any of that.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for standard projects. For large events or commercial campaigns, 3-4 weeks is ideal. We do accommodate rush bookings when our schedule allows.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions aren't suitable for flying (high winds, rain, low visibility), we'll reschedule at no additional cost. We monitor conditions closely and communicate proactively.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance on every job. We can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue or project requires one.
How long until I receive my final deliverables?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for photo packages and 5-7 business days for video packages. Rush delivery (24-hour turnaround) is available as an add-on.
Do you travel outside North Alabama?
Absolutely. We serve the entire Southeast. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50 miles from our base, but we're always happy to discuss your project regardless of location.
